How It Works
Both Markets and Pro include a 7-day free trial. The free trial is your evaluation window — full access, no charge, cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
After the trial period, your subscription renews and your card is charged. Once charged, fees are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Pro — $250/month

Why No Refunds After the First Charge
The 7-day free trial is your risk-free evaluation period. Full features, full access, no charge. If the system isn’t right for you, cancel during the trial and you owe nothing.
Once the trial ends and your subscription renews, you’ve already had a week to decide. After that point, sales are final. This keeps the policy simple and fair: the trial protects you from buying something you don’t want, and the no-refund policy protects us from chargebacks on a service that’s already been used.
How to Cancel
Two options:
Option 1: Through Whop
Log into your Whop account at whop.com and cancel directly from your subscription dashboard. Takes about 30 seconds.
Option 2: Email Support
Email support@tradeadapt.ai with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line. Include your account email and we’ll process the cancellation immediately. No retention questions, no friction.
What happens when you cancel: If you cancel during the 7-day trial, access ends immediately and you are not charged. If you cancel after being charged, access continues through the end of your current billing period — then your subscription stops renewing.
Edge Cases
Forgot to Cancel the Trial
We get it. Email support@tradeadapt.ai within 48 hours of the first charge with a brief explanation, and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to refund, but we’re reasonable.
Tier Upgrades
Upgrading from Markets to Pro does not start a new free trial. The free trial benefit applies once per customer.
Multiple Free Trials
One free trial per customer per tier. Subscribing, canceling during the trial, then re-subscribing the same tier does not start another free trial.
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your account was used without authorization, contact support@tradeadapt.ai immediately. We will investigate and resolve fraudulent charges in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellations are no-questions-asked, but if you’re willing to share why the system didn’t fit, we genuinely appreciate it. Honest feedback from people who chose to leave is one of the most useful inputs we get for making the product better.
