Prohibited Marketing Methods
Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices, provide accurate information, and avoid misleading claims. Any deception, misrepresentation, or fraud will result in immediate termination and loss of commissions.

- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, native ads, or paid endorsements are not permitted
- Paid advertising campaigns are strictly forbidden for affiliate promotion
❌ No Spam or Illegal Marketing
- Unsolicited emails, messages, or cold outreach is strictly forbidden
- Any illegal marketing practices will result in immediate termination
❌ No Misleading Claims
- Do not make false promises about profitability or guaranteed returns
- Do not misrepresent product capabilities or performance
- All promotional content must be accurate and truthful
Affiliate Termination Policy
TradeAdapt may remove any affiliate for:
- Breaking promotional rules – Violating any of the established marketing guidelines or promotional standards
- Engaging in fraud – Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
- Brand damage – Activities that damage our reputation or negatively impact the company
- Non-compliance – Failure to provide accurate information about promotional methods when requested
Important: If terminated, affiliates lose all rights and access, and pending commissions are forfeited. TradeAdapt reserves the right to review affiliate activity and request details on how an affiliate is promoting their link/code. If an affiliate fails to provide accurate information, their account may be closed.
