What’s the difference between LiveAI, Markets, and Pro?

Three tiers, each building on the one below it.

• LiveAI (Free): Desktop app that speaks AI predictions for NQ, ES, and YM every 5 minutes. Direction, conviction, regime, key levels, targets — narrated live. No charts required, no installation beyond the .exe.
• Markets ($100/mo, 7-day free trial): Multi-Adaptive FIB Dashboard for any liquid market — futures, forex, crypto, indices. Monthly, weekly, daily, and 4H structural levels delivered to a web dashboard, desktop app, and file output for NinjaTrader, MT5, cTrader, and TradingView.
• Pro ($250/mo, 7-day free trial): Everything in Markets, plus the intraday execution stack — Renko convergence system, StructureBars, LTF/HTF zones, ORB, key levels, OMS order management, and AI verdicts streamed to all your charting platforms.

Most traders start with LiveAI to hear how the system reads the market. When they want to see those levels on their charts, they upgrade.

Does LiveAI require anything else to work?

No. LiveAI is a self-contained Windows desktop app. Download it, run it, and it streams AI predictions to your speakers every 5 minutes during market hours. You don’t need NinjaTrader, TradingView, or any other platform. The AI verdicts come from TradeAdapt’s cloud infrastructure — your computer just plays them.

Can I upgrade from Markets to Pro later?

Yes. Cancel your Markets subscription and start a Pro subscription, or contact support@tradeadapt.ai and we’ll handle the swap. The free trial benefit applies once per customer — upgrading does not start a new free trial.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Both Markets and Pro include a 7-day free trial with full access — no charge during the trial period. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After the trial, your subscription renews at the listed price.

LiveAI is free forever, so it doesn’t need a trial — just download it.

What happens after I subscribe?

Depends on the tier:

• LiveAI: Download the .exe directly from the LiveAI page and run it. No subscription, no email signup. You’re hearing predictions within 5 minutes.
• Markets: Subscribe via Whop. Your 7-day free trial begins immediately with full access to the dashboard and desktop app. Setup instructions are sent to your email and posted in the Whop community.
• Pro: Subscribe via Whop. Your 7-day free trial begins immediately. You’ll receive download links for the NinjaTrader indicator package plus the LiveAI Pro configuration. Setup typically takes 15–30 minutes for an experienced NinjaTrader user.

Do I need a TradingView or NinjaTrader subscription?

Tier-dependent:

• LiveAI: Nothing required. Just Windows.
• Markets: A TradingView Premium plan is recommended (it powers the Multi-Adaptive FIB strategy that feeds the dashboard). The NT, MT5, and cTrader file readers are optional — use whichever platform you trade on.
• Pro: NinjaTrader 8 with a real-time futures data feed (CQG, Rithmic, or Kinetick) is required for the full intraday stack. Pro also includes everything in Markets, so the TradingView and MT5/cTrader components apply too.

I subscribed but don’t have access yet. What do I do?

Whop typically grants access within seconds of subscription. If something hasn’t shown up after 5 minutes, check your spam folder for the welcome email, then check your Whop account directly at whop.com. If you still don’t see access, email support@tradeadapt.ai with the email you used to subscribe and we’ll provision access manually.

Can I use this if I’m a total beginner?

LiveAI is beginner-accessible — you’re just listening to a structural read every 5 minutes, like having a senior trader narrate the market for you. No charts, no execution, no risk.

Markets and Pro are different. They give you decision-grade structural levels and an execution layer, which assumes you already know how to use that information. We recommend at least 6–12 months of active trading experience before subscribing to Markets or Pro. If you’re earlier than that, start with LiveAI and trade in simulation while you learn the system’s voice.

Will I win every trade with TradeAdapt?

No. No system or algorithm can predict markets with certainty. TradeAdapt provides structural awareness, AI verdicts, and execution tools — but trading always involves risk. We are not responsible for trading losses. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trade responsibly and only with capital you can afford to lose.

Which markets and timeframes does TradeAdapt cover?

Tier-dependent:

• LiveAI: NQ, ES, and YM (the three index futures) — analyzed together every 5 minutes for cross-instrument confluence.
• Markets: Any liquid market with a TradingView feed — futures (ES, NQ, YM, CL, GC, etc.), major and minor forex pairs, crypto, and global indices (DAX, FTSE, Nikkei). Levels are computed for Monthly, Weekly, Daily, and 4-Hour timeframes.
• Pro: NQ, ES, YM intraday with the full structural stack from 15-second scalp bars up to 4-hour swing zones — plus everything in Markets.

What’s the refund policy?

The 7-day free trial is your evaluation window. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, your subscription renews and is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel directly through your Whop account, or email support@tradeadapt.ai and we’ll process it immediately — no questions asked, no retention tactics. If you cancel during the free trial, access ends immediately and you are not charged. If you cancel after being charged, access continues through the end of your current billing period. LiveAI doesn’t require cancellation since it’s free; just uninstall it if you want to stop using it.

Are updates included?

Yes. All system updates, indicator improvements, and new features are included at no extra cost for active subscribers. We continuously enhance the AI playbooks, scoring engines, and indicator stack based on live trading data and customer feedback. Markets and Pro updates are pushed automatically; LiveAI prompts you to install new versions when available.

Do you offer training or support?

Yes. Every tier includes documentation and setup guides. Pro subscribers get a 1-on-1 onboarding session if requested. Email support is available at support@tradeadapt.ai with response times typically under 24 hours. Markets and Pro subscribers also have access to the Whop community for peer discussion.

Can I automate TradeAdapt signals?

Yes, but at your own risk. The Pro tier’s NinjaTrader stack includes hooks for strategy automation, and the Markets dashboard exports level files that can drive automated entries on any platform. However, we strongly recommend trading the signals manually first to understand how the system thinks. Automation amplifies both gains and losses, and the AI’s regime analysis often contains nuance that’s hard to encode in a fixed rule set.

Is TradeAdapt available on Mac or Linux?

LiveAI and the Markets desktop app are Windows-only currently. The Markets web dashboard runs in any modern browser on any OS. Pro requires NinjaTrader 8, which is also Windows-only. Mac users can run TradeAdapt via Parallels, Boot Camp, or a Windows VM — many of our users do this successfully.

Can I use TradeAdapt on prop firm evaluations?

Yes. TradeAdapt is a discretionary aid — it provides structural awareness and AI verdicts that you act on. There are no automated trades, no copy trading, and no shared signals. As long as your prop firm allows third-party indicator and analysis tools (most do), you’re fine. Always review your prop firm’s specific rules before subscribing.
