Our Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our trading systems. If you’re not completely satisfied with your TradeAdapt purchase, we’ll refund 100% of your money within the guarantee period for your plan type – no questions asked.

Each subscription plan has a specific refund window designed to align with the billing cycle, giving you risk-free time to thoroughly evaluate our systems.

Refund Period by Plan Type

Weekly Plans: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Request refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Covers your first week’s payment only.

Example: You pay $49 on Day 1. Request refund by Day 7 = Full $49 refund.

Bi-Weekly Plans: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Request refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Covers one complete billing cycle.

Example: You pay $99 on Day 1. Request refund by Day 14 = Full $99 refund (even if 2nd payment hasn’t occurred yet).

Monthly Plans: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Request refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Full refund of your monthly payment.

Example: You pay $200 on Day 1. Request refund by Day 30 = Full $200 refund.

Annual Plans: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Request refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Full refund of your annual payment.

Important: All refund periods begin on your initial purchase date (when payment was processed), not the date you first accessed the product. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only – not subscription renewals.

Who Is Eligible?

Our money-back guarantee is available to all first-time TradeAdapt customers. Here’s what you need to know:

  • ✓ Available for your first TradeAdapt purchase only
  • ✓ Must request refund within the guarantee period for your plan type
  • ✓ One guarantee per person/email address
  • ✓ Applies to all products and subscription plans

This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals or repeat purchases – only your initial first-time purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

Step 1: Contact Support

Email us at support@tradeadapt.ai with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Include your account email address and order number if available.

Step 2: We Process Your Request

We’ll confirm your eligibility and process your refund within 1 business day. No lengthy forms or hassle required.

Step 3: Receive Your Money

Your full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive 100% of what you paid – we absorb all processing fees.

Full Refund Means Full Refund

When we say “100% money-back guarantee,” we mean it:

  • ✓ You receive back every dollar you paid
  • ✓ No deductions for processing fees
  • ✓ No restocking charges
  • ✓ No hidden fees or fine print
  • ✓ Refund to your original payment method

Important Information

Refund Timeline by Plan Type

You must request your refund within the guarantee period for your specific plan type (7/14/30 days). The guarantee period begins on the date your initial payment was processed, not the date you first accessed the product.

After Refund Processing

Once your refund is processed, your access to TradeAdapt systems will be immediately revoked. You may not use our products after receiving a refund.

Subscription Renewals

The money-back guarantee does NOT apply to subscription renewals. If you don’t want to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellations can be made anytime by contacting support.

Multiple Purchases

If you purchase multiple products or bundles at once, the guarantee period applies to the entire purchase as a single transaction based on the plan type you selected.

Cancellation vs. Refund

It’s important to understand the difference:

Refund (Within Guarantee Period)

You get your money back and access is immediately terminated. This is covered by our money-back guarantee (7/14/30 days depending on plan type).

Cancellation (After Guarantee Period)

Your subscription stops renewing, but you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the current period, but you won’t be charged again.

Real-World Examples

Weekly Plan (7-Day Guarantee):

You pay $50 on Day 1. Request refund by Day 7 = $50 back. ✅

Bi-Weekly Plan (14-Day Guarantee):

You pay $100 on Day 1. Request refund by Day 14 = $100 back. ✅

Monthly Plan (30-Day Guarantee):

You pay $200 on Day 1. Request refund by Day 30 = $200 back. ✅

Outside Guarantee Period Example:

Tom subscribed to the weekly plan 10 days ago. He requests a refund, but since he’s outside the 7-day guarantee period, no refund is available. He can cancel to prevent future charges. ❌
